Key skills: - TOSCA, Automation This role will work a hybrid schedule coming into the Columbus, Ohio office 2 days per week on Wednesdays & Thursdays. We are seeking a Test Lead to support our Product Development Line for NFT Life BSA initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in TOSCA test automation and a solid understanding of Life Insurance products and processes (preferred). This role will play a key part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our solutions through effective test planning, execution, and automation. Proven expertise in TOSCA automation tools Strong SQL knowledge Familiarity with Life Insurance business domains preferred (e.g., Whole Life, Term Life, Universal Life) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience working in agile development environments TOSCA Automated Specialist 1 (AS1), TOSCA Automated Specialist 2 (AS2), or other related designations are preferred.
