Information About The Team
We are looking for analytics and/or risk professionals to join the Data Model Validation Team under the Risk Data Tribe, a global team with members based in the Netherlands, Poland and the Philippines. We support the Credit Risk Modelling and Validation Teams by combining knowledge in risk modelling concepts, advanced data processing, and analytics capabilities. We assess methodologies, data preparation, and data quality to ensure models are robust, fit for purpose, and compliant with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Beyond our technical expertise, we work closely with a wide range of stakeholders across locations and functions, requiring strong collaboration and clear communication. Our team values collaborative team players who are curious, analytical, and able to translate complex technical findings into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
