Job Title: SDET Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, Java, and Spring Boot Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality evaluation of FRFS services Collaborate with stakeholders to develop test strategies, plans, and define test cases based on requirements Analyze test results, triage issues, and document defects, working closely with development teams on resolution Debug code alongside developers to identify root causes and shift from corrective to preventative actions Perform performance testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, and DynaTrace to ensure scalability and reliability Execute integration testing to validate end-to-end functionality and seamless component interaction Maintain comprehensive documentation for test frameworks, plans, cases, and results Review application code for anti-patterns and best practices to enhance product quality Contribute to continuous improvement of quality processes through innovative thinking and teamwork
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience with minimum seven years in software development and test automation (or exceptional skills if less experienced) Strong proficiency in programming languages (Java, C#, Python) with experience in Spring/SpringBoot applications and full stack development Deep understanding of Cloud Architecture and AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, EBS, Aurora, KMS, Cloudwatch) Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, Jenkins, Gitlab) Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze user stories/acceptance criteria Proven collaboration and communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities in complex HA architecture Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner) and microservices architecture (preferred)
