We’re looking for a Senior Software Automation Test Engineer to join a high-performance Agile/Scrum feature team, working side-by-side with developers as the quality advocate from day one. You’ll play a key role in shaping testing strategy, driving automation, and ensuring systems are robust, scalable, and production-ready through risk-based testing methodologies.
🚀 What you’ll be doing Planning and executing end-to-end test activities, including automation script development, execution, and defect management Collaborating closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Test Managers to assess scenarios and define requirements using Risk-Based Testing Designing and maintaining test strategies, test plans, and reporting across product, integration, and technical testing streams Ensuring technical test conditions are met through strong software configuration management practices Providing continuous feedback to the Scrum team to improve testability, quality, and design of new features Acting as a trusted quality partner within a cross-functional squad (5–7 specialists)
