Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT field; 2+ years in Software QA with hands-on test automation
Practical experience with Robot Framework, Cucumber, Selenium
Strong QA methodologies, defect lifecycle, risk-based testing; UX testing basics; coding/scripting ability; English and Polish proficiency; effective cross-functional communication
Ability to read/debug logs and test reports; self-motivated and quality-focused

Responsibilities
Define and execute test strategies covering functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end scenarios. Perform UX-oriented testing to validate user journeys, usability, cross-browser/device behavior, and experience consistency. Design, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks and suites using Robot Framework, Cucumber (BDD), and/or Selenium. Develop automated tests and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines to enable fast feedback and stable releases. Review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to identify test gaps, edge cases, and risks early. Analyze defects and test results, report clearly, and collaborate with developers to drive resolution and prevention. Support test environment readiness, test data preparation, and execution monitoring. Produce and maintain QA documentation (test plans, test cases, automation approach) and contribute to best practices and continuous improvement. Provide short-term support to teams needing senior QA expertise (e.g., critical engagements, escalations, POCs) when required.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an IT field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering). At least 2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with demonstrable hands-on work in test automation.
