🚨 We’re Hiring: Test Architect – Payments (TCS BaNCS)

📍 Location: Johannesburg (JBH)

We are looking for an experienced Test Architect to lead the end-to-end testing strategy and governance for a TCS BaNCS Payments module upgrade (v10 → v14). This is a critical role ensuring quality, compliance, and migration assurance across complex banking payment systems.

🔹 Key Responsibilities Define and drive the test strategy, architecture, and governance for BaNCS Payments upgrade Ensure end-to-end validation of payment flows and lifecycles (SWIFT MT/ISO, SAMOS, IBCS, SIRESS, domestic & cross-border payments) Oversee integration testing with downstream systems (GL, Fircosoft, TIBCO, GPP, IDNA, Orchestrator, Rates & Charges Engine) Ensure compliance with SARB, BankservAfrica, IFTR, BOP, FATF, KYC regulations Lead functional, non-functional (performance, security, resilience) and UAT testing Provide quality metrics, dashboards, and status reporting to senior stakeholders

🔹 Required Skills & Experience ✔️ Strong background in banking payment systems and regulatory frameworks ✔️ Hands-on experience in test architecture, automation, and integration testing ✔️ Knowledge of SWIFT Alliance, AML/Fraud systems, real-time settlement platforms

✔️ Tools: JIRA, ALM, Selenium, Tosca, JMeter, Burp Suite ✔️ Proven leadership in large-scale banking migration testing programs

🎓 Preferred

• ISTQB Advanced Test Manager / Certified Test Architect
• Prior experience with TCS BaNCS Payments is a strong advantage
