Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect & Quality Assurance Specialist Overview - Senior Solutions Architect & Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for designing scalable, secure and high performing Enterprise solutions while ensuring end to end quality across the solution lifecycle. This role combines deep technical architecture enterprise with strong quality governance, process standardization and delivery assurance. The candidate will work closely with the cross functional teams, business stakeholders, developers, testers, vendors and project managers to ensure solutions are aligned to the business needs, technology roadmaps and quality standards. Roles and responsibilities – Solution Architecture Lead the design of enterprise grade applications, integrations and platforms Develop high level and detailed architecture diagrams, solution blueprints and technical designs Evaluate technology options, conduct POCs and recommend solutions aligned to business goals. Ensure solutions comply with security scalability performance and integration standards Drive architectural governance and participate in Architecture Review boards (ARB). Mentor project teams on design patterns, best practices and technical standards. Quality Assurance Define and implement quality framework, methodologies and standards across projects. Establish QA processes for functional, interactions performance and security testing Conduct solution walkthrough, code reviews and quality audits Ensure vendor deliverables meet quality benchmark before acceptance Introduce automation frameworks, DevOps pipeline and continuous testing practices Monitor production defects, root cause issues and drive corrective action plans. Skills and Competencies Maintain a high level of professionalism in communication, coordination and providing work leadership training and other high-level interactions Ability to work in a high visible role, dealing extensively with the management team and decision makers in external organization. Ability to communicate technical and business problems in a nontechnical manner Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills Ability to efficiently prioritize and execute task in a dynamic and high-pressure environment Proven ability to deliver tasks on time and adherence to deadlines. Proficiency with MS Office applications Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to senior managers Proven ability to apply clear critical thinking in complex and stressful situations

Experience 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or technical design roles Strong proficiency in enterprise application architecture (Microservices, APIs, Cloud, Integration) Experience with Cloud platforms like OCI and Azure Strong knowledge of Quality frameworks, testing methodologies and automation tools Handson understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, Version control and deployment pipelines.

Certifications – Certification like TOGAF, Testing certifications are preferred Show more Show less
