Role & seniority: Test Centre Administrator (entry to mid-level) on a 6-month contract
Location & work type: Exeter, UK; part-time (minimum 12.25 hours/week); shifts across Monday–Sunday, early mornings, nights, weekends
Stack/tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with exam security procedures; basic IT coordination for issue troubleshooting
Welcome, check-in, verify identity, and explain exam rules/process
Proctor/investigate test sessions and ensure secure exam delivery
Troubleshoot technical issues with internal IT; perform light housekeeping as needed
Must-have skills: English and Maths qualifications; flexible to varied shifts; strong attention to detail; comfortable in a quiet testing environment; ability to sit for long periods; reliable team player; able to escort candidates as required
Nice-to-haves: Experience with Microsoft Office; prior customer service or front-desk experience
