Role & seniority: Manual & Automation QA Engineer (Experienced)
Testing: functional, regression, smoke, UI/UX, exploratory, automated testing
Automation: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright (build/maintain scripts)
CI/CD integration
Bug tracking: Jira (and similar tools like Trello, Asana)
Technical: JavaScript, Python (basic scripting), SQL, API testing
Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, cases, and scripts; review system specs
Identify, document, and track defects; perform diverse testing types, including automated tests
Collaborate with developers/product teams; participate in sprint planning; ensure releases meet quality standards
Proven manual QA experience with exposure to test automation
Solid SDLC/QA methodology knowledge
Experience writing clear test plans and cases
Familiarity with Jira or similar bug trackers
Hands-on automation experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
Basic scripting (JavaScript or Python)
SQL and API testing; test at database/service layers
Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication
Ability to work independently and in an agile team
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with additional automation tools or frameworks
Any performance/security testing exposure
