Role & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategy for Equity Financing platform Lead a team of QA engineers, providing technical mentorship and career development Design test automation frameworks for focusing on performance, reliability, and accuracy Establish quality metrics, testing standards, and best practices across the organization Collaborate with business, users and development teams to understand business requirements and align testing needs Oversee performance testing, including latency analysis and capacity planning Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and tools Manage UAT processes with trading teams and key stakeholders for front to back initiatives Lead incident reviews and implement preventive measures

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field 13+ years of software QA experience, strictly in financial services 7+ years of experience leading QA teams in trading or similar high-stakes environments Strong understanding of global financial markets, trading systems Expert knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration/deployment Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python Strong background in test automation tools and frameworks – Microservices / API/ UI automation Handson with GitLab, Jenkins/Gitlab CI Good to know monitoring tools such as Grafana/Prometheus
