About the Role

We are hiring experienced QA Specilaist with a strong background in the travel and airline domain, specifically in GDS systems and functional areas such as Reservation, Inventory, Ticketing, and Check-In. The ideal candidates will lead and manage end-to-end testing activities across multiple levels of testing and contribute to automation strategy using tools like Cucumber BDD and TestNG.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage test planning, strategy, and execution across all phases of testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, product, and business stakeholders to ensure quality across airline systems.
Oversee and guide the QA team in validating complex workflows
Ensure traceability of requirements through test cases and maintain high test coverage.
Drive automation initiatives using Java-based frameworks, Cucumber BDD, and TestNG.
Review and enhance automation scripts and frameworks for scalability and maintainability.
Monitor test execution, defect tracking, and reporting using industry-standard tools.
Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
