We are unable to sponsor as this is a permanent full-time role Fully Remote A prestigious company is looking for a Sr. Endpoint Agent Automation Engineer. This engineer will develop automated tests for Windows/Linux endpoint agent applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and contribute to validation testing of new product features and bug fixes
• Document and develop automated tests aligned to the features we’re developing and bug reports
• Design, document, and develop tools to assist with testing
• Contribute to and follow our Coding Style guidelines
• Able to deliver quality results working autonomously and as part of a unit
• Technical documentation of test plans, automation implementation architectures, and test reports

Qualifications

• Ability to develop in Python using the Pytest framework
• Test design creativity
• Understanding and experience with communications channels such as RESTful API and gRPC
• Ability to troubleshoot Windows applications using tools such as debuggers, system profilers, and process monitors
• Knowledge and experience using virtualization tools such as VMWare
• Familiarity with SQL
• Experience testing Windows endpoint agent applications
• Experience testing Linux endpoint agent applications
• Experience with macOS virtualization and testing

Knowledge of additional languages: Rust, C++ Experience with Windows performance testing and benchmarking Familiarity with the AWS Cloud Background using GitHub for CI/CD purposes
