Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. DevOps Test Environment Engineer to lead environment strategy, setup, and governance for complex client engagements. This role partners closely with QA, Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure test environments are stable, compliant, and aligned with release schedules and CI/CD pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage test environment strategy aligned with client release plans and enterprise architecture. Assess existing environments and recommend sizing, configurations, and connectivity improvements. Coordinate environment provisioning and configuration with Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Security teams. Own environment availability, stability, and readiness across functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing. Identify environment risks and dependencies, drive mitigation and resolution. Ensure seamless integration across applications, APIs, third-party systems, and test tools. Act as the primary onshore contact and escalation point for environment-related issues during testing and releases.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in QA, Test Environment Management, or Release Management. Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience managing multiple test environments in enterprise or client-facing consulting engagements. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and DevOps tools. Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
