Role Summary As an Automation Engineer, you will be the key technical designer for our robotic automation proposals and projects. You will translate customer requirements into detailed system designs and proposals to support our Sales team, and provide critical engineering support from concept through to post-sales implementation. This is a hands-on technical role focused on the design, integration, and documentation of automated systems.

Job Scope & Descriptions

• Serve as the key technical expert for designing automation solutions and developing winning

• sales proposals.

• Own the end-to-end technical process, from concept design through commissioning to longterm

• post-sales service and support.

• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals, including system layouts and

• cost estimates.

• Design automated systems and custom mechanical fixtures or mechanisms using CAD

• software.

• Create and maintain all project documentation (drawings, manuals, BOMs, and service

• records).

• Perform hands-on integration, including electrical wiring, control panel checks, and robot

• programming.

• Conduct system testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure performance meets

• specifications.

• Provide on-site technical support during commissioning and post-deployment, including

• system service, maintenance, and customer training.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, or a related

• engineering field with 3~5 years of experience.

• Proven experience in designing and integrating industrial automation or robotic systems.

• Proficiency in CAD software for system layout and mechanical design

• Hands-on experience with industrial robot programming, simulation, and commissioning.

• Strong practical knowledge of control system design, electrical schematics, and panel wiring.

• Expertise in pneumatic system design, component selection, and circuit integration.

• Ability to create clear, detailed technical proposals, documentation, and manuals.

• Knowledge of software interfaces, basic scripting, or databases is a strong advantage.

• Must be a detail-oriented problem-solver with excellent collaboration skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical support and team interaction.
