Job Summary

As a Lead Quality Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our software products. With a focus on Playwright and JavaScript you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our projects enhancing user satisfaction and driving business growth in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies to ensure software quality and reliability. Oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts using Playwright and JavaScript. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects efficiently. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers to enhance team performance. Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle. Coordinate with developers to understand software requirements and design effective test plans. Conduct regular code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability. Lead efforts to continuously improve testing processes and tools for increased efficiency. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing strategies and make necessary adjustments. Facilitate communication between development and quality assurance teams to ensure alignment. Contribute to the development of quality metrics and KPIs to measure project success.
