QE/Testing: Java / Python / JavaScript Test Strategy Test Automation Strategy and Planning Responsibilities Oversee the entire testing process and drive continuous improvement Define and implement test strategies for automation, performance and manual workflows Design, build and maintain automation frameworks for web, mobile, windows and api platforms Execute scripts, analyze results and proactively identify, report and track defects Lead performance testing initiatives using tools like jmeter or gatling Integrate automated testing into ci/cd pipelines and collaborate across teams Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or related field Hands-on experience in software testing, automation or development Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies and full software lifecycle Advanced programming skills in Java, Python or JavaScript Proven experience with selenium, appium, testng, pytest, cypress or similar tools Strong analytical and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration We offer By choosing EPAM, you're getting a job at one of the most loved workplaces according to Newsweek 2021 - 2023 Employee ideas are the main driver of our business.
