Manage pre-sales SOWs from creation to handoff; elicit business requirements and define project scope and effort
Design, configure, and implement AI/automation solutions on the Five9 platform; provide configuration advice and issue resolution
Train customers and manage consulting engagements; communicate effectively with stakeholders and work autonomously to deliver on shift-ready specifications
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Software Eng or equivalent experience
3+ years in a customer-facing role
