Location: Singapore Employment Type: Full-time The Test Automation Architect Lead is responsible for defining test strategy, designing scalable automation frameworks, and leading automation execution for web and mobile applications. The role works closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Functional Testers to ensure quality delivery for financial systems. Responsibilities Design and maintain test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications Define test strategy, coverage, and risk-based testing approach Lead automation execution and support functional (ST/SIT) and regression testing Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines Analyze defects, perform troubleshooting, and ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with BA, Dev, QA, and stakeholders to support defect fixes Required Skills & Qualifications Strong experience in web and mobile test automation (Selenium, Playwright, Appium, Postman, Karate) Programming skills in Java and/or JavaScript Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) Familiarity with test and defect management tools (Jira, Xray) Strong analytical and debugging skills Experience in financial services domain (Corporate or Core Banking) Preferred Skills Experience with AI-driven automation tools Exposure to device farms / cloud testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, Perfecto) Experience with enterprise automation tools (TOSCA, Katalon) About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
