Your Role We are seeking an experienced ETL Tester with strong expertise in data validation, ETL workflows, and insurance domain processes. The candidate will be responsible for validating data transformations, ensuring data quality across DW/BI systems, and supporting end‑to‑end testing of insurance data pipelines.
Strong hands‑on experience in ETL testing Experience working with ETL tools such as Informatica PowerCenter, DataStage, SSIS, Talend, or similar. Ability to understand and validate ETL mappings, DWH design, fact/dimension structure, and schemas (Star/Snowflake). Strong proficiency in SQL for data validation, joins, aggregations, and complex queries. Experience working with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL. Expertise in debugging data issues and performing backend data verification. Your Profile Experience with BI reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Cognos, MicroStrategy) for report validation. Knowledge of Python or any scripting languages for data automation (optional but beneficial). Exposure to Cloud Data Platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery).Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with API testing (Postman, Swagger) is a plus.
