Developing, modifying, and maintaining PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal, ensuring reliable operation and seamless integration with SCADA systems (WinCC OA) Creatively and independently improving existing test installations with a focus on stability, efficiency, and automation enhancement Supporting installation updates and managing small project tasks within a dynamic engineering environment Troubleshooting complex automation issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime Collaborating with engineering teams, operators, and international stakeholders (including China) to explain technical actions and ensure smooth implementation Your Profile You have 3-5 years of experience in industrial automation with strong expertise in PLC programming (Siemens TIA Portal) You possess a Master's degree or equivalent in Automation/Industrial Engineering You are fluent in Dutch and English You demonstrate solid PLC programming and troubleshooting skills with the ability to optimize existing systems You have basic electrical knowledge, including the ability to connect and disconnect sensors You are familiar with SCADA systems (experience with WinCC OA is a plus) You exhibit a high level of independence, problem-solving mindset, and creativity to improve existing installations You communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and can explain technical concepts effectively What you'll love about working here
