We are looking for a Salesforce QA professional with strong Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing) experience to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in testing complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on Quote-to-Cash processes. Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Salesforce QA testing Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing)
Good understanding of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules Experience testing pricing, contracts, subscriptions, renewals Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology
Experience with test management and defect tracking tools Good-to-Have Skills Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud certification
Exposure to Automation Testing (Selenium, Provar, TestNG, etc.) API testing experience (Postman, SOAP UI)
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations and data migration testing
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Salesforce applications.
Validate Salesforce Revenue Cloud components including:
Salesforce CPQ
Salesforce Billing
Product Catalog, Pricing, Discounting, and Approval Workflows
Test end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) flows.
Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, payment gateways, etc.).
Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners during sprint cycles.
Support UAT cycles and post-production validation.
Ensure adherence to QA best practices and Salesforce testing standards.
