Role: Test Manager

Day Rate: $1000

Contract Length: 3-months (likely extensions)

Location: Fully Remote (within Australia only) Our client is embarking on the development of a bespoke application to support frontline teams and is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the initial testing setup and strategy. This is an initial 3-month contract focused on establishing the testing approach, frameworks and tooling, with a strong likelihood of extension as the program evolves into a longer-term, enterprise-aligned delivery. What You'll Be Doing Define and implement a pragmatic test strategy aligned to Agile, multi-stage delivery Establish testing frameworks to support incremental value drops Lead and coordinate testing activities across internal teams and delivery partners Work closely with developers within a CI/CD environment Embed automated testing practices and ensure alignment with broader delivery goals Collaborate with BAs, developers and external partners to ensure quality outcomes Drive proactive communication across delivery streams About You Proven experience as a Test Manager in Agile delivery environments Strong background in automated testing (essential)

Hands-on experience working with

• React-based applications
• Jira and Confluence (including test management plugins)
• CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Tosca or similar automation tools
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A collaborative, adaptable mindset suited to evolving project scope
