Full Description

Mobile QA Engineer

Hybrid 3 on in Charlotte, NC Our client is one of the largest electric power companies in the United States, serving approximately 7.4 million customers across six states and headquartered in Charlotte, NC. We have partnered with the organization for over nine years to provide talent across development, infrastructure, project management, ERP, and support. Contractors report a positive environment with opportunities for extended engagements due to no limitation on contract length. Background screening includes identity verification, watch list checks, seven-year criminal history, a five-panel drug screen, employment and education verification, professional license or certification verification, and MVR as applicable. Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Rate: $45 to $50/hr. w2

Responsibilities Create test cases based on user stories and requirements. Execute test cases during sprint and release testing. Automate test cases following best practices. Execute automated suites as part of sprint and release testing. Define testing strategy and approach for each sprint and release. Document processes, designs, test results, and analysis.

Experience Requirements Native mobile app testing experience for iOS and Android. Three years of QA experience. Two to five years of experience using automated testing software. Three years of test case development and execution. Two years working within Agile methodology. Two years utilizing continuous integration tools such as Jenkins. Experience in UI automation. Experience in web service and API testing. Experience with BrowserStack (preferred). Experience with Jira (preferred). Experience with Quality Center for test case authoring (preferred). Experience with Selenium or JavaScript (preferred).
