Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant -Workday Test Manager

Key Responsibilities Own and manage the overall test strategy and test governance for Workday and PeopleSoft programs Define and execute test plans, test cycles, entry/exit criteria, and quality metrics Lead functional, integration, system, UAT, regression, and data validation testing Coordinate testing across Workday modules (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Reporting, Integrations, etc.) Leverage PeopleSoft domain knowledge to validate legacy-to-Workday transformations and parallel runs Manage test data preparation, mock conversions, and reconciliation activities Oversee defect management, triage, prioritization, and resolution with business and technical teams Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, integration teams, and vendors Ensure compliance with testing standards, documentation, and audit requirements Mentor test leads and testers and drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools
