We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Test Automation Developer to join our Quality Engineering team. This role is ideal for a hands-on person with deep experience in designing, building, and evolving test automation frameworks and test automation suites for enterprise Cloud business applications.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in understanding and enhancing IBM’s in-house test automation frameworks built for Oracle Fusion Cloud SaaS applications, while contributing to test automation services delivery across multiple Oracle Cloud implementation and support projects.

Design, develop, execute, and maintain scalable automated regression testing suites using IBM’s internal test automation frameworks across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications implementation and support projects. Gain deep understanding of existing in-house test automation frameworks for Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and actively contribute to their feature enhancements, ongoing support and maintenance activities. Manage and support virtual test automation environments and infrastructure, including administration of AWS-hosted test labs. Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and drive timely resolution across systems, environments, and integrations. Communicate automation progress, test execution status, and defect metrics through Test ALM dashboards, ensuring visibility for stakeholders and leadership. 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering for enterprise Cloud and Web business applications. Proven expertise in test automation for Cloud-based business applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, CRM, or analytics platforms). 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation frameworks using industry-leading tools. Strong knowledge of framework design methodologies (Keyword, Hybrid, Page Object Model). Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Selenium, and Eclipse IDE. Experience managing test infrastructure on Cloud platforms (AWS preferred). Familiarity with enterprise Cloud business applications such as Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, or SAP. In-depth understanding of testing methodologies, test processes, and full project implementation lifecycles. Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause identification and resolution. Strong communication and collaboration skills for working across global QA and delivery teams. Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving project requirements.
