Stack/tools: Embedded C; real-time systems, RTOS, interrupts, bare-metal; built-in test; CAN/I2C/SPI; DO-178C (Level A); test scripting languages; software configuration management; certification data (test cases, procedures, results); STMicroelectronics ARM Cortex-M (preferred)
Develop and execute automated and manual tests to verify embedded software against system requirements
Perform detailed software analyses (timing, memory, coverage, data/control coupling) and generate certification-ready lifecycle data per DO-178C
Collaborate with software development, review outputs, and communicate verification results to stakeholders
BS in Computer/Electrical/Software Engineering or related field
3–5 years embedded software verification in highly regulated environments
Mastery of C and common test scripting languages; experience with RTOS and bare-metal development
Knowledge of CAN, I2C, SPI; strong software configuration management and modern build/test methodologies
Ability to read schematics, technical docs, and datasheets; strong communication and teamwork
DO-178C and supplements deep understanding; ARP 4754A/4761 processes
Experience with Polarion ALM, Git, Subversion, G-Suite
Familiarity with STMicroelectronics Cortex-M MCUs
