Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

High Attention to Detail: Capable of identifying minute defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards. Integrity & Objectivity: Reliable and committed to enforcing quality standards, even under pressure from production deadlines

Analytical Thinking: Able to analyze data, interpret technical drawings, and identify root causes of defects.

Proactive Problem-Solver: Identifies potential issues and recommends corrective actions to improve processes.

Good Communication Skills: Capable of clearly reporting findings inwriting and discussing them with production personnel.

Incoming Inspection: Verify raw materials conform to purchase orders and specifications In-Process Inspection: Conduct checks at various production stages to prevent non-conforming products

Final Inspection: Perform final checks on finished goods before shipment

Defect Management: Document and isolate non-conforming material(hold/rework)

Calibration: Maintain and calibrate inspection tools and equipment
