Roles & Responsibilities Own the testing strategy, planning, and execution, with a strong focus on automation and AI-driven quality practices. Drive the transition from manual testing to automated and intelligent testing, including framework and AI tool selection and evolution. Act as the primary decision-maker for testing approaches and quality improvements for backlog items and tasks. Provide team leadership, mentoring, and training for testers. Collaborate closely with Client, TCS Test Lead, and PO/TPOs. Coach and empower team members to take ownership of quality, ensuring shared responsibility for testing and quality.
