Roles & Responsibilities (Other Duties May Be Assigned) Lead and manage the QA function for Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.) Develop and execute comprehensive QA strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and upgrades Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using tools like Selenium, Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS), or Oracle Test Automation (OAT) Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage Oversee integration, system, regression, and UAT testing phases Manage test environments and coordinate test data setup Analyze test results, log defects, and track issues to resolution using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or TestRail Ensure QA best practices and compliance with company policies and industry standards Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for QA team members Monitor and report on quality metrics and KPIs to stakeholders Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, efficiency, and reliability
Strong understanding of QA methodologies: Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines Experience with defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM) Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Education and/or Experience Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Equivalent Minimum 12 years relevant experience Proven track record of managing large-scale User Acceptance Testing
Language Skills Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing. Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
