Role & seniority: Senior Quality Engineer - Manual & Automation
Stack/tools: Cypress, JavaScript, SQL queries, API testing; QA tools, Agile methodologies; experience with automated and manual testing across multiple platforms and distributed architectures
Design and execute test plans and test cases across key customer-facing and internal applications
Design and maintain end-to-end automated tests; verify software meets business requirements

As a Senior Quality Engineer - Manual & Automation at Procore, you will design and execute software testing plans for various key customer-facing and internal applications. You should be self-motivated, creative, proactive, ready to work successfully in a fast-paced environment, including multiple platforms and a distributed architecture, diverse technologies, and lab environments. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
This role will report to the Quality Assurance Manager, based in Cairo, Egypt. We’re looking for someone to join our team immediately.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle Design and execute test cases Design and maintain E2E automated tests Verify that the implemented software meets the business requirements Suggest functionality improvements based on usability standards Review requirements documents in terms of consistency, completeness, and correctness. Conduct post-release/ post-implementation plans and testing
