Salary: $40,000 - $75,000 / year
Role & seniority: QA Engineer I / Field Tester, on-site, Dallas, TX (entry-level to early-career QA role)
Stack/tools: mobile device testing; manual and software testing; basic automation tooling; Python basics; SQL; Excel/Power BI; JIRA; log analysis; report writing
Perform test execution and quality assurance across stationary and mobility test locations; manual and software testing; post-processing logs
Maintain inventory, check-in/check-out, security, and handle shipments and daily reporting
Produce detailed technical reports and communicate findings to customers; collaboration across teams
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and collaboration; proficient in Word/Excel
Basic understanding of 3G/4G/5G networks; on/off testing experience preferred
Familiarity with JIRA; ability to write defect reports
Experience with automation testing tools and lightweight scripting (Python)

We are currently seeking bright, motivated wireless engineers to join our growing team in Dallas, TX Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Engineer I located in the Dallas, TX market. This role is for a Field Tester, meaning your assignments may vary each day based on test location and assigned testing which will be executed at either stationary or mobility test locations. The QA Engineer III will be responsible for test execution, quality assurance, manual testing, software testing, and post-processing logs. Also, they will be in charge of other duties such as maintaining inventory (check in/out procedures while maintain security protocols), shipments to/from office location, some travel if/when required and sending daily reports.
