Must-have skills
Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years related experience (or equivalent)
Intermediate computer skills; strong analytical and statistical analysis abilities
Proactive problem-solving, decision-making, and written/verbal communication
Ability to work independently within at least one manufacturing phase/process
Understanding of structured design and ability to build good cross-team relationships
Experience with lab/test/measurement equipment preferred

Purpose Statement: This role is responsible for continuously improving test performance and equipment, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting equipment installation and changes, and providing technical guidance. Test engineers also play a key role in implementing and validating testing equipment and identifying best practices globally.
