Job Description

Provide Manual QA services to ensure the quality of a Compliance product suite through structured manual testing activities. Create and execute manual test cases covering both UI and API layers. Validate critical business workflows across key modules, including Employee Trade Centre, Monetization, Advisor, MAR, and other components within the Compliance suite. Increase manual test coverage to improve product quality and release confidence. Create and maintain a Test Plan defining testing scope, objectives, and overall testing approach. Prepare detailed test cases and test data to validate features and business functionality. Execute manual tests and share test execution results and reports with relevant stakeholders. Perform Regression Testing to ensure stability and consistency across releases. Identify, log, and track defects with clear reproduction steps and impact description. Provide formal QA sign-off for builds based on test outcomes, coverage, and reported results. Report overall test coverage and testing progress to support quality assurance objectives.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Manual QA. Strong experience in manual testing of web applications, including UI and API testing. Experience validating business-critical workflows and complex functional scenarios. Solid understanding of manual testing processes, test planning, and execution. Ability to create clear and structured test cases, test plans, and test reports. Experience with defect identification, documentation, and follow-up. Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset. Ability to communicate test results, risks, and quality status clearly to stakeholders. Experience working in release-focused environments.
