Job responsibilities for this position include design and debug of ATE test interface HW (loadboard),

ATE test SW (test program) development, HW/SW integration, releasing cost effective production test solutions

into mass production, test time reduction, and yield improvement activities for Digital, Mixed Signal and RF.

Teradyne UltraFlex Experience & Advantest 93K Experience Is Preferred.

Requirement

Knowledge of Semiconductor manufacturing process. Solid understanding of electronics engineering fundamentals,

design for test, digital/analog, mixed-signal and RF test methodologies and circuit analysis techniques.

Strong software skills for writing and debugging test code.

Competency in programming with Visual Basic or C/C++. Perl, Linux and/or UNIX programming knowledge is a plus.

Experience working on Digital, Mixed Signal and RF test programs for both final test and wafer probe. Hands on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE), preferably Teradyne UltraFlex and Advantest 93K.
