Role & seniority: Validation Engineer (mid-level), 2–5 years in validation/test automation; Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/EE or related field.

UST is looking for Validation Engineers to support AI/ML hardware (Gaudi cards) testing and validation operations based in Gdańsk, Poland. The ideal candidate will have experience in test automation, debugging, log analysis, and validation workflows. This role involves collaboration with engineering teams to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of AI accelerator hardware and software stacks.
The role supports the client’s AI/ML hardware validation and testing operations in Gdańsk, Poland. The objective is to execute and analyze validation test suites, identify and diagnose issues, automate test workflows, and contribute to overall system stability. The engineer will work closely with developers, QA, and lab teams to ensure smooth execution of nightly and regression test cycles.
Review and analyze nightly test logs, summarizing and reporting validation results. Perform issue triage, validate bug fixes, and verify system health across test environments. Run regression and version comparison tests to ensure software and hardware stability. Utilize automation frameworks to streamline test execution and data collection. Develop and maintain documentation for test procedures, setups, and configurations. Collaborate with developers to identify, reproduce, and resolve validation issues.
A passion for AI/ML technologies, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in complex hardware-software environments.
