Lead test planning: prepare estimates/schedules, define test scope, identify end-to-end and business-critical scenarios, develop RTMs and test plans
Ensure quality and coverage: design/execute tests, manage defect lifecycle, perform RCA/trend analysis, report metrics, and ensure on-time delivery
Manage execution and coordination: coordinate test environment/test data, oversee team utilization, participate in reviews/governance, and liaise with DevOps and stakeholders
