Job Description
8-10 Years of Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, and Cucumber (BDD)
Implement hybrid / data-driven / keyword-driven frameworks based on project needs
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient automation scripts following best practices
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Maven/Gradle)
Perform end-to-end functional, regression, and integration testing
Validate backend data using SQL queries to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Test complex business workflows across UI, API, and database layers
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Owners to define acceptance criteria
Write and maintain Gherkin feature files using Cucumber
Ensure clear traceability between requirements, test cases, and automation scripts
Key Responsibilities
Automation Architecture & Framework Ownership
Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience in regression, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing
Knowledge of defect management tools like JIRA
