*Job Summary

We are looking for an Accessibility Tester with 1+ year of hands-on experience in accessibility testing to ensure our web and mobile applications are inclusive and compliant with accessibility standards. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of WCAG guidelines, assistive technologies, and accessibility testing tools. Roles & Responsibilities Perform accessibility testing on web and mobile applications Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, and ARIA standards Execute manual accessibility testing using screen readers and keyboard navigation Identify, log, and track accessibility defects with clear remediation steps Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to resolve accessibility issues Validate color contrast, focus order, semantic structure, and form accessibility Re-test fixes and provide accessibility sign-off Prepare accessibility test reports and compliance documentation Required Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of experience in accessibility testing Strong understanding of WCAG guidelines (A, AA) Hands-on experience with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack) Knowledge of keyboard-only navigation and focus management

Experience with accessibility tools such as

• Axe
• Lighthouse
• WAVE
• Accessibility Insights
• Familiarity with HTML semantics, ARIA roles, labels, and landmarks
• Good defect reporting and communication skills
