Job Description & Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled AI Quality & Performance Test Engineer to design, implement, and execute test strategies for AI-powered chatbot and Generative AI solutions. This role is a unique blend of QA Automation, API Testing, Performance Engineering, and Ethical AI Testing, with strong focus on RAG evaluation, automated test generation, fairness testing, and flow-based conversational validation. Responsibilities: · Design and implement automated test frameworks (Python, Pytest/Robot Framework) for chatbot and AI applications. · Conduct API testing for chatbot backends, RAG pipelines, and third-party integrations (REST/GraphQL). · Validate chatbot workflows including flow-based conversations, contextual continuity, fallback handling, and error reporting for end-to-end customer scenarios. · Implement RAG testing using RAGA, DeepEval, and LLM-as-a-Judge to evaluate retrieval accuracy and hallucination risks. · Build an AI-driven Testcase Generator (using GPT-4 Omni) to process enterprise documents (doc, pdf, xml, jpg, excel) and auto-generate Q&A test datasets. · Define and track comprehensive AI evaluation metrics: · Quantitative Metrics → Accuracy, Latency, Throughput. · Qualitative Metrics → Answer Relevancy, Faithfulness, Hallucination, Contextual Relevancy. · Business Metrics → Customer feedback (thumbs up & thumbs down), resolution rate, Racial Bias and Diversity (using embedding models to detect bias/fairness issues). · Conduct performance, load, and stress testing using Locust, Grafana, and K6 ensuring scalability under peak citizen traffic. · Ensure ethical AI compliance by testing fairness, inclusivity, transparency, and privacy. · Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). · Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure responsible AI deployment. · Generate structured reports/dashboards (Allure, pytest-html, Grafana) capturing quality, performance, and ethical AI insights.
