Role: SAP Test Analyst / SAP QA Consultant​

Requirements We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Analyst / QA Consultant to support end-to-end testing activities across SAP applications. The role involves test planning, execution, defect management, regression testing, and stakeholder coordination to ensure high-quality SAP solution delivery. Key Responsibilities Test Planning & Preparation Develop test scenarios using a risk-based testing approach. Prepare requirements documentation, test plans, business process maps, and project documentation. Ensure test environments, access, and entry criteria are ready before test execution. Test Execution & Validation Execute functional, non-functional, integration, and regression testing. Maintain SAP test scripts within test management tools. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) activities. Analyze results, validate defects, and coordinate defect resolution. Reporting & Traceability Track testing progress against entry and exit criteria. Maintain requirements traceability and provide status updates to project stakeholders. Automation & Quality Assurance Execute both automated (UFT) and manual test scripts. Maintain and update SAP regression test packs when system changes occur. Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and QA processes. Collaboration & Communication Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and documentation reviews. Communicate testing status independently with project SPOCs and stakeholders. Support team members in maintaining consistent regression testing practices. Required Skills Strong experience in SAP functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing. Knowledge of SAP test management tools and QA methodologies. Experience supporting UAT and OAT activities. Exposure to automation tools such as UFT (Unified Functional Testing). Strong defect management, documentation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred Skills Experience in SAP regression test framework maintenance. Familiarity with Agile or hybrid testing environments. Knowledge of business process testing and requirements traceability.
