Overview Join our agile team as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, where you will drive product quality by developing and executing automated and manual tests for automotive software systems. Roles And Responsibilities Take ownership of product quality as part of the QA team, collaborating across functions. Enhance and maintain test automation frameworks to support new features and increase efficiency. Analyze test results and failures using logs, system knowledge, and metrics. Develop innovative QA strategies and regularly report key quality indicators. Create test specifications from requirements and develop automated test scripts in Python. Perform failure analysis on automated and embedded system tests. Support complex bug analysis and verification within project teams. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software testing or quality assurance. Strong knowledge of software development processes and functional/non-functional testing. Hands-on experience with software development projects in agile environments, including Python programming skills. Experience with Android platforms. Familiarity with code management tools (e.g., Git) and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Structured and transparent approach to work with good prioritization skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese. Flexible mindset with strong ownership and commitment to results. Preferred Skills Knowledge of speech applications or speech recognition testing. Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments. Familiarity with quality process standards such as ASPICE. Education Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, Test Engineering, or equivalent.
