We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer / Automation Lead to take full ownership of our automation strategy and drive the transition to a fully automated QA process for our web products.
Lead end-to-end automation strategy (E2E, smoke, regression)
Design, build, and maintain automation infrastructure (Playwright + TypeScript preferred)
Mentor and guide a junior team member in automation best practices
Own release readiness and go/no-go decisions
Work closely with Product, Engineering, and offshore QA teams
Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and coverage
Requirements
5+ years of QA experience with strong focus on automation
Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Strong understanding of web and client-server systems
Experience with DevTools, Postman, Jira
Excellent English communication skills
Experience as a sole or lead QA
Mentoring experience
CI/CD integration
Experience using AI tools for testing and automation
