About The Role

We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to define testing strategies, execute high-quality test plans, and advance our QA practices through automation and agentic (AI-driven) testing techniques.

Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end quality assurance for web and/or backend systems Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, regression suites, and exploratory testing Develop and maintain automated tests for UI, API, and integration layers Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define acceptance criteria and test coverage Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines Apply agentic QA techniques, including AI-assisted and autonomous testing approaches Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices across the team

Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing Strong background in manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory) Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) Experience testing APIs (REST and/or GraphQL) Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as JavaScript or Python Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD workflows Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have Experience with agentic QA, AI-driven testing tools, or LLM-based test automation Familiarity with self-healing tests or intelligent test generation Experience testing microservices or distributed systems Knowledge of performance, security, or load testing Experience working with cloud-based testing environments
