We are seeking a Software Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in both automation and manual testing. A solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This role involves requirement analysis, test case development, execution, defect management, and documentation to ensure high-quality product releases. What you will do Requirement Gathering & Collaboration Understand project requirements, features, and functionalities thoroughly. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed scope and requirements. Participate in MRS and SRS reviews, providing constructive feedback. Break down requirements into well-defined use cases and test cases. Gather and validate relevant test data for effective testing. Developing Test Cases & Scenarios Apply best practices to define comprehensive test cases in Test Specifications. Lead test activities ensuring alignment with project goals. Develop detailed test cases covering positive, negative, and edge scenarios. Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch or enhance existing ones Contribute to automated test execution and analyze test failures. Test Execution & Reporting Execute test cases during development and verification phases. Perform testing across applicable devices and OS versions.
