As a participant, you will be involved in real-world projects from the start, working closely with experienced colleagues in an agile and innovative setting. This program provides exposure to different aspects of software development and software quality while offering long-term career opportunities within Verisure. The Quality Assurance and Test Support area at Verisure is dedicated to ensuring the reliability and performance of our software solutions. We are now looking for a Tech Graduate to join our Test Automation team, where we develop and maintain automation frameworks and tools that enable high-quality and high-speed testing across multiple systems and platforms. We use an agile development process with strong test routines to ensure high-quality solutions. This is what you'll do: Develop and maintain automated frameworks and test scripts. Contribute to continuously improving the quality and reliability of Verisure’s digital products and hardware. Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and product teams. Participate in agile ceremonies and help define testing strategies for new and existing solutions. Bring fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to support automating software testing for different quality aspects (performance, security, etc.). Who We Are Looking For? We are looking for graduates who are eager to learn, take on complex tasks, and grow their skills in a structured and collaborative environment. • Have an academic degree in computer science (or a related field), graduating in 2026. • Have experience or interest in programming (Python preferred) and software testing. • Be curious about automation and eager to improve software quality. • Have good English skills, both spoken and written. • Be a team player with strong problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to tasks.
