Position Title: Associate Analyst- Reporting & QA
Department: Reporting & QA
Location: Gurgaon - Hybrid
ETL & Data Automation: Knowledge on using ETL tools such as power Query or Matillion to streamline data processes, ensuring efficient and reliable data integration across all reporting systems.
Data Quality Assurance: Verify and validate data accuracy within Power BI dashboards, proactively identifying and addressing discrepancies to maintain high data integrity.
Dashboard Development: Build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards to deliver real-time insights that help clients understand the performance of their digital and mobile media campaigns.
Media Performance Insights: Collaborate closely with media teams to interpret data, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights that support clients in optimizing their media investments.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years in a similar role, with substantial exposure to data analysis, reporting, and the digital/mobile media landscape.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of digital and mobile media, with familiarity in attribution, reporting practices, and performance metrics.
Analytical Skills: Skilled in interpreting complex data, generating actionable insights, and presenting findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
