Who we are looking for

As part of a cross-functional agile team delivering high-performance digital platforms built in .NET, Spring Boot, and Angular on AWS, you will be responsible for driving test automation as well as manual ones, continuous integration, and shift-left quality practices.

You'll collaborate directly with developers to design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks covering UI, API, and data validation layers- ensuring product stability, scalability, and reliability.

Key requirements

Good knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript for test automation

Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks

• TestComplete or Selenium for UI test automation
• Rest Assured for API testing
• Familiarity with database testing concepts, including basic SQL and awareness of NoSQL databases
• Understanding of testing principles
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., AWS, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar), with willingness to learn and grow
• Awareness of shift-left testing and DevOps-oriented testing practices
• Basic familiarity with AWS environments and containerization tools
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher, both written and spoken
• Valid EU work permit

Nice to have

Experience testing microservices and asynchronous systems Knowledge of performance or load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, K6) Cloud-native testing experience (AWS, Lambda, scaling environments) Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) In-depth API automation (Java + Rest Assured/Postman/Karate/Newman) Understanding of Spring Boot microservices, async patterns, circuit breakers, caching Test strategy for performance, resilience, and fault tolerance API schema validation and contract testing SQL/NoSQL data validation in integration scenarios

Your future role

Design and maintain automated tests for API and UI layers. Develop and enhance automation frameworks (e.g., Rest Assured, TestComplete). Validate APIs and databases for complex integrations (e.g., .NET, Java, Angular). Collaborate with developers to implement shift-left testing and CI/CD quality gates. Execute automated regression tests and contribute to QE pipelines. Plan and validate test coverage for REST APIs and data migrations. Participate in sprint ceremonies and ensure test readiness. Report test results and provide quality sign-offs each sprint. Drive advancements in QE practices, test data strategy, and automation scalability.
