Job Description

This role involves creating test plans, leadership, identifying and tracking defects, and collaborating with engineering teams to refine product quality. Expertise in automation, data analysis, and QA methodologies drives continuous improvement in voice technology.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes test strategies for AI-driven voice interactions. Identifies, documents, and tracks software defects to resolution. Builds and maintains automated test frameworks to improve efficiency. Analyzes user feedback and telemetry data to prioritize quality enhancements. Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence.
We Are Looking For
1 - 5 years of testing experience, at least 1 year of automation Experience with automation (50%) testing and manual (50%) Python, Java, Selenium, etc. Cantonese speaking
