What would you do? We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong expertise in RAN (Radio Access Network) R&D Automation testing, particularly across LTE and 5G NR technologies. The candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and executing test cases, analyzing end-to-end call flows, and troubleshooting issues using industry-standard tools via automation.

Responsibility

• Perform RAN testing for LTE and 5G NR technologies and products in an R&D environment using automated test frameworks.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Python-based automation scripts for test execution and validation.
• Add new automated test cases, execute them in overnight/net runs, analyze failures, and troubleshooting issues to improve overall test results.
• Optimize test execution time while ensuring maximum test coverage.
• Execute end-to-end (E2E) call flow testing, analyze logs, and troubleshoot failures.
• Collaborate closely with development and system teams to debug issues and validate fixes.
• Use tools such as QXDM, QCAT, and Wireshark for log capture, protocol analysis, and verification.
• Prepare and maintain test plans and test reports, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards.
