The Opportunity As part of the Cloud Business Group team you are responsible for the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing and collaboration with product managers and developers. As a Senior Associate you are expected to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exceptional standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating ambiguity. You are also responsible for authoring Agile test plans, conducting various types of testing, and automating and maintaining test suites. Responsibilities - Assure quality and reliability of software products - Collaborate with product managers and developers - Analyze and solve complex problems - Mentor and guide junior team members - Author Agile test plans and conduct various types of testing - Automate and maintain test suites - Build and nurture client relationships - Navigate complex scenarios to enhance personal and technical growth What You Must Have - Bachelor's Degree - 3 years of experience - Bachelor's degree or in lieu of a degree, demonstrating three years of specialized training and/ or progressively responsible work experience in technology for each missing year of college. What Sets You Apart - Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Systems Analysis, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems preferred - ISTQB, CSQA/CSQE or equivalent certifications - Advocating and upholding quality assurance standards - Participating in reviews of user stories - Authoring Agile test plans and requirements traceability - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps - Conducting test planning, design, execution, and bug management - Testing front-end/GUI, APIs, and backend using SQL queries - Automating and maintaining various test types Travel Requirements Job Posting End Date Are you ready to make a difference?
